Your mission is to take ownership of our day-to-day operations, delivery organization, and internal systems — ensuring we scale with discipline, clarity, and accountability. You’ll translate the founder’s vision into reality by building strong teams, streamlined processes, and a culture of performance and trust. You will lead cross-functional execution, stabilize delivery, improve financial performance, and make us scalable — not just bigger. Your Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership Own the delivery engine across services: staffing, delivery timelines, PMO rhythm Ensure operational KPIs (utilization, margin, delivery quality) are met Identify and unblock issues proactively — become the go-to problem solver instead of the founder 2. Process and System Design Improve systems and tools (Kimble, time tracking, dashboards, SOPs) Standardize and automate project onboarding, delivery, and offboarding Build and maintain a Revenue-at-Risk alert system 3. Team & Accountability Management Directly manage the Ops Manager, PMO, and Service Delivery Managers Lead weekly leadership rhythm (scorecards, red flags, planning) Build a culture of follow-through, clarity, and constructive challenge 4. Strategic Execution Translate strategy into structured action plans and team accountability Lead org design and hiring for scale Partner with CEO on long-term planning and performance reviews Your Profile 5–10 years experience in operations, consulting, or leadership in service firms Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and solving complex problems Strong systems thinker: knows how to connect tools, people, and processes Leadership presence: earns respect, sets the pace, holds people accountable Fluent in English (German is a plus) Ready to shape the future with us?
