Manager Administration and Operations Venlo (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
* Monitor costs and expenses to support budget planning
* Exploring and presenting possibilities for optimization and savings within the organization
* Ensure a smooth and appropriate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business transactions
* Train reporting personnel and assign responsibilities
* Evaluate reporting employee performance and coach and advise reporting employees to help them achieve their maximum performance
* Monitoring of maintenance activities and craftsmen for the organization
* Organizing and supervising other office activities like recycling, renovation etc.
* Organizing all topic related to hospitality like Food & Beverage (Caterer etc.)
* Participate in internal and external audits
Your Profile
* University degree in Business Management or Logistics or comparable qualification
* Project management skills
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Very good knowledge in the use of MS Office products (especially MS Excel)
* Outstanding background knowledge in the area of controlling
* Team player with hands on mentality
* SAP knowledge desirable
* Knowledge in reporting tools preferred
