Description As a Working Student in our Green Products team, you will play a vital role in driving Hapag-Lloyds sustainability initiatives. Your focus will be on supporting the Ship Green team, which is responsible for developing and implementing our certified CO₂e emission reduction solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our decarbonization efforts and broader sustainability strategy. Responsibilities Prepare Ship Green Declarations and distribute them to customers Assist in coordinating, monitoring and documenting Ship Green contracts Create reportings and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making Provide general operational and organizational support to the Ship Green team Foster relationships within the global Ship Green community Collaborate with various departments, including Sustainability, Global Sales and Global Fuel Purchasing Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance our sustainability products Support the development of pricing strategies Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all tasks and projects Qualifications Enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability or Data Science Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Reliable, self-motivated and precise in your work ethic Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Fluent in English with a business-level proficiency Prior experience in a similar role or with sustainability projects is an advantage A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a greener future Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment
