We are looking for an experienced finance lead to manage the financial steering, stability, and transparency of an international company group. The role offers strategic responsibility and placement within the national and international management.
Base pay range
Referenz 16-227856. Pay is based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
* Leading, developing and expanding a high-performance finance team.
* Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, bookkeeping and reporting within the international group.
* Develop and implement a strategic financial steering in close cooperation with management.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
* Build and optimize planning, forecasting and KPI systems.
* Develop and standardise financial processes.
* Responsible for budget planning, liquidity control and risk management.
* Manage external partners such as auditors, tax advisors and banks.
Profile
* Successfully completed a commercial/financial studies (BWL, Finance, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification).
* Further qualifications such as MBA, CIMA or ACCA are an advantage.
* Several years of experience in a senior commercial role with full responsibility for finance, controlling and strategic business steering.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Entrepreneurial thinking and execution strength.
* Deep knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
* Very good English language skills in oral and written.
