Overview The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-performing sales talent to support the organization’s revenue and growth goals. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle and partners closely with sales leadership to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner with Sales Management to define successful sales personas, identifying traits, skills, and experiences that correlate with high performance and team fit. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, clear communication. Support employer branding and recruiting outreach specific to sales talent. Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with hiring processes. Success Measures: Time-to-fill: Sales roles are filled within agreed timelines. Hiring manager satisfaction: Positive feedback from Sales Leaders on partnership, candidate quality, and process. Candidate experience: High satisfaction ratings and strong feedback from applicants. Pipeline & sourcing health: Strong, diverse flow of qualified sales candidates; ability to proactively build, track, and convert talent pipelines from sourcing to hire Who You Are: Experienced in sourcing top talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.
