Your tasks
* Administration of common Windows servers and client operating systems as well as the Microsoft 365 environment
* Firewall, network and storage administration
* Maintenance and care of the IT infrastructure
* Workstation setup: hardware installation, minor hardware repairs, installation of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software
* Technical support for our employees
* Documentation of the IT infrastructure, definition and implementation of technical and organizational measures (TOM)
* License management (selection and administration of suitable license models, especially for Microsoft applications)
Your profile
* Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification) or a degree in computer science
* Experience in the administration of Windows environments and networks
* Experience in firewall configuration, ideally with Sophos technology or comparable technology
* Knowledge of VMware, Proxmox, and Veeam is desirable
* Very good spoken and written German and good spoken and written English
* Independent and autonomous way of working
* Solution-oriented approach, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team
