As Head of Sales, you’ll accelerate our trajectory: owning revenue, shaping GTM strategy, and building a high‑performance commercial organization that moves Deltia from early success to industry dominance.
What You’ll Do
Own revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and GTM execution
Build a repeatable enterprise sales process and operating cadence
Lead, coach, and develop SDRs, AEs, and post‑sales teams
Partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to refine ICP, messaging, and feedback loops
Implement pipeline discipline, quota models, and performance rituals
Step into strategic deals to unlock lighthouse accounts
Build trusted relationships with operations, engineering, IT/OT, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Navigate complex enterprise cycles across legal, privacy, security, and procurement
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership, ideally in AI, automation, robotics, deep‑tech, or industrial tech
Proven track record scaling early commercial traction into a high‑performance revenue engine
Strong operator fluent in forecasting, process design, metrics, and sales hygiene
Credible closer for complex 6‑digit+ enterprise cycles
Comfortable visiting plants and selling on factory floors as well as in boardrooms
High bar for clarity, speed, accountability, and cross‑functional execution
Familiar with GDPR, enterprise onboarding, and complex procurement cycles
Bonus points
Experience selling into operations, engineering, or quality teams
Background in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or production environments
Built or operationalized a repeatable enterprise GTM playbook
German or English native speaker
