We have an exciting opportunity as:


Specialist Connected Car App (all people welcome)

at the Kia Connect GmbH in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:


As Specialist Connected Cars Experience, you will be responsible for the agile product development and management of the digital platforms provided by Kia Connect, as well as optimize digital experiences for Kia Connect customers. You will be the main point of contact to our internal customers (Kia Europe teams, Kia Motors national sales companies in Europe) and the IT developers for the operations of the Mobile App.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Collect, raise and manage bugs and change requests to enhance the Mobile Apps of Kia Connect

2. Serve as the voice of Kia Connect customers to propose new features based user experience feedback, Kia subsidiaries input and trends

3. Define the digital products roadmap, develop scope and define backlog items

4. Define clear user stories highlighting users’ journey to convince the management team and facilitate communication with IT developers

5. Ensure timely implementation of well-crafted new features collaborating with IT developers

6. Benchmark and monitor best-in-class digital products from industries beyond automotive and apply learnings to the Mobile App

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders responsible for other Kia Mobile Apps and websites to enhance Kia customers’ journey steering towards Single Customer View

8. Set-up product performance measurement dashboards and reports

9. Orchestrate service providers and agencies

10. Participate to the resolution of customer enquiries and come up with solutions to optimize the customer support process

11. Leverage Customer Data Platform and other data & reporting systems to learn about customers in order to ideate communication campaigns, personal recommendations and new services

Your talents:

Education:

12. Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science or a master degree in Business, Engineering with UI/UX certification

Experience:

13. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of digital customer facing products (Apps, Website) ideally in a startup environment and/or as product manager/owner.

14. Experience in automotive/mobility would be considered as a strong asset

15. Experience in developing online payment solution. Subscription model would be considered as a strong asset

Skills:

16. Knowledge about digital touchpoints management (App, Website, Connected Car) is a plus

17. Knowledge about the energy market players is needed

18. Comfortable using Agile project management tools like Confluence or JIRA

19. Knowledge in Web CMS would be an asset

20. Knowledge about Google Play Store and Apple App Store Management tools

21. Knowledge about Salesforce tools is a plus

22. Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus

23. Independent working style combined with team spirit is required
