Job Opportunity
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and administrative aspects of our organization. This includes ensuring compliance with legal requirements, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and coordinating various operations.
* Prepare and facilitate board meetings, drafting minutes and maintaining accurate records.
* Coordinate interactions with third-party vendors, such as financial institutions, law firms, and auditors.
* Manage a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), leveraging expertise in entity management.
Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Planning and Compliance
2. Board Meetings and Record-Keeping
3. External Stakeholder Coordination
4. SPV Management and Governance
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or legal roles within Luxembourg.
* Proficiency in English language skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience working in international settings and adapting to diverse environments.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law preferred, but not mandatory.
* Meticulous and organized work style with exceptional interpersonal skills.
