Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Tasks:
6. Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
7. Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
8. Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions
9. Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
10. International project commissioning and after-go-live support
11. Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
12. Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
13. Change request processing for existing customers
Your Qualifications:
14. Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
15. High level of service and customer orientation
16. Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems
17. Knowledge of the logistics IT environment
18. Good written and spoken English & German
19. Willingness to travel
20. Experience with sophisticated software architectures
21. Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years of professional experience desirable)
22. Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
