Function description
We are building a Finance Talent Pool to support upcoming projects starting in 2026. This initiative is aimed at identifying professionals with strong financial expertise and a passion for working in technically advanced industries.
We are seeking freelance, interim, and permanent candidates for roles such as:
* Finance Assistants - Support day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a proactive mindset.
* Project Controllers - Oversee financial performance of large-scale engineering projects, ensuring budget adherence and risk management.
* Financial Analysts - Provide insights into cost structures, investment strategies, and financial forecasting for technical operations.
* Business Controllers - Support strategic decision-making through financial planning and performance analysis.
* Cost Engineers - Work closely with engineering teams to estimate, monitor, and optimize project costs.
* Finance Managers - Lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance within dynamic project environments.
Requirements
* Solid background in finance and relevant expertise in any of the above technical fields.
* Have experience in the offshore, maritime, energy, or civil industries (a plus, not a must).
* Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
* Dutch fluency preferred; English required.
* Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
