Degree in IT, business administration, or equivalent practical IT experience; initial PAM/CIAM experience desirable In-depth knowledge of SAP IdM, Oracle Database, Active Directory, SAP, Google Cloud Platform, Azure; solid SQL and JavaScript skills; basic TypeScript/Node.js and Java/.NET knowledge advantageous Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to handle complex requirements Team orientation, communication skills in German and English, ability to convey technical concepts clearly High motivation for continuous development and familiarity with IAM trends and technologies
