Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking a candidate with a strong background in utility and Field Service Management (FSM) domains to serve as a techno-functional lead in implementing FSM solutions for Electric and Gas Utilities on a multi-technology platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying FSM solutions within European Utility markets, with additional expertise in GIS system integration considered an advantage. Fluency in German is required, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Responsibilities:Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of solutions on one or more FSM platforms.Facilitate technical and functional workshops with clients.Possess broad knowledge of FSM platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, IFS, etc.Understand integration patterns with other systems like SAP and Oracle.Conduct workshops to gather FSM requirements and demonstrate product capabilities.Translate customer requirements into product solutions and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying gaps and suggesting customizations.Interface with product vendors' technical and functional teams.Develop functional design documents, configure packages, and guide development teams.Lead end-to-end solution reviews, issue resolution, and support during the post-Go Live phase.Required Skills:Proficiency in German and fluency in English.14+ years of total IT industry experience, with at least 10 years in FSM solutions for utilities.Experience with at least 4 full-cycle utility implementations (Power, Water, Sewer).Strong knowledge of FSM, GIS solutions, and related web development patterns.Understanding of European utility data models and standards.Experience with system integration patterns, especially SOA and SAP integrations.Familiarity with European regulated and deregulated markets.Leadership experience in development teams and client engagement.Excellent communication, analytical, and soft skills.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Personal Attributes:High analytical skills, initiative, and flexibility.Customer-oriented mindset and high-quality standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Infosys is a global leader in digital services and consulting, committed to diversity and inclusion.
