Senior Customer Support Engineer - Audio Infrastructure (m/f/x)
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You will troubleshoot and perform incident management for audio infrastructure solutions that span the globe, in an environment of network- and IT-based technologies and specific broadcast products
2. You will work in an agile team environment as part of our Professional Service Group, focussing on technical support, assisting project deployment and participating in our 24/7 support hotline (rota)
3. To drive customers’ success, you will support external customers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise, operational workflows, application and system knowledge
4. You will be dealing with state-of-the-art products on the manufacturer side and keeping pace with the latest technological developments in a rapidly developing innovative company
5. Analysing systems, perform system updates and health checks, both remotely and on-site, will be part of your job
YOUR PROFILE
6. You come with a degree in audio and/or network engineering, a comparable technical education and/or professional experience and have expertise in the field of broadcasting and/or IT technology
7. You have experience in the broadcast industry with good knowledge about IP-based media networks - with a focus on audio infrastructure and its integration into media network solutions
8. Ideally, you already have experience working with Lawo products, particularly with mc2 consoles and the associated audio devices
9. You have a proactive approach and work independently, in a timely, structured and reliable manner
10. You are a team player with a customer-oriented attitude and customer service skills
11. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are fluent in English (a must) and & German (an advantage) and ready for domestic and international travel
