Job Description About your tasks: Drive business transformation by turning customer and operational needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. Turn product into a B2C growth driver using AI and automation; connecting insights from key business areas like operations, pharma, customer service, marketplace, and retail media, etc. Translate strategic priorities into outcome-driven product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals and continuously reassessing initiatives to align with customer value and business impact. Shape and align the overarching Product & Tech vision in close partnership with Executive Directors across Engineering, Data & AI, IT Operations, and IT Governance, driving integrated strategic planning and execution throughout the organization. Own key product enablement initiatives from inception to execution at scale, prioritizing customer value creation. Establish clear discovery and delivery mechanisms that improve forecasting, resource allocation, and delivery predictability. Monitor and optimize product impact using key metrics such as customer engagement, feature adoption, NPS, and conversion rates.
