About the role:
As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences that genuinely improve lives. You’ll lead design on high-impact projects—from onboarding and checkout to managing prescriptions and repeat orders. You'll collaborate closely across teams, using research and data to inform decisions and always advocating for the customer.
What You’ll Do:
1. Design thoughtful, intuitive, and inclusive experiences across web and app
2. Bring simplicity and clarity complex healthcare flows
3. Use insights (quantitative and qualitative) to guide design strategy and decisions
4. Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers
5. Champion a customer-first mindset in every phase of the product and design process
6. Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency, scalability, and accessibility
What You’ll Bring
7. 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in e-commerce, healthcare, or regulated spaces
8. A portfolio that shows clear, impactful thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions
9. Strong skills in UX, UI, and interaction design—with a sharp eye for usability and detail
10. Experience working in data-informed environments—you know when to dig into numbers and when to talk to users
11. Collaborative spirit: you thrive in cross-functional teams and value diverse perspectives
12. A customer-centric mindset—you care deeply about solving real problems for real people
13. Proficiency in Figma (our tool of choice) and comfort with design systems and accessibility standards
14. Bonus: experience with healthcare flows, prescriptions, or pharmacy tech
