Origination Role
We seek a skilled professional to initiate and lead wholesale market negotiations with large industrials, resellers, and renewable energy producers from consumption and production sides.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with key market participants, including suppliers, utilities, and generation facilities (renewable and conventional).
* Identify, develop, negotiate, and execute structured energy transactions with embedded optionality in the German market in close cooperation with our trading unit and local teams.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing the origination strategy.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in energy sector transactions with a strong background in origination/sale of complex products.
* Deep understanding of the German energy market, including regulatory, economic, and competitive landscapes.
* BSc/MSc degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering or similar.
