Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data Centre sector globally. Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in Germany we are currently recruiting for an experienced EHS Manager to join our Data Centre team in Düsseldorf.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Health & Safety field, working on large, complex construction projects.

Act as the Client’s on-site Health & Safety representative, ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are implemented.
Liaise closely with contractors, design teams, and project professionals on forward safety planning and coordination of works.
Promote best practice, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across construction projects.
Maintain a visible on-site presence and actively participate in day‑to‑day safety management activities.
Support the identification, planning, and management of high‑risk construction activities.
Review and assess Health & Safety implications of design and construction changes.
Monitor, evaluate, and report Health & Safety performance against agreed KPIs.
Degree and/or professional qualification in Health & Safety
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior construction Health & Safety role
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
