Job Description We are looking for someone with strong knowledge across all social media platforms especially Instagram and TikTok, as well as a good understanding of how brands can use social media to engage audiences online. Passion for pop and internet culture is a must. The role will be part remote and part based in our Berlin office in Germany with some occasional evening and weekend work when required OR if you're based elsewhere in Germany, then the position will be remote. For this role, you must be fluent in both German and English. Responsibilities: Work alongside the Creative Social team to ensure our Community Management delivery is always in line with our client's social media objectives. Manage active audience engagement on one/several social platforms, getting involved in relevant conversations with a view to increasing engagement, encouraging interaction and creating communities. Proactively pitch and produce community led reactive ideas to the client. Daily monitoring of off handle, creator and talent channels to support timely engagement opportunities. Report feedback from users and escalate sensitive issues in a timely manner. Measure and capture key data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities. Adhere to a consistent tone of voice, and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure all client SLAs are met. Qualifications 3 years experience working on social media. Someone who is fluent in English and German is a MUST German copywriting for social media and can understand and adopt our client's tone of voice. Experience the entertainment industry Strong knowledge across all social media platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, YouTube: Always up to date with the new trends/behaviours on social media, able to start identifying reactive opportunities for our clients. Understanding of social audiences and fandoms: Able to adapt to different brand languages and personalities. Strong spelling and grammar skills: Native German speaker with an ability to speak to online communities. Working English language proficiency also required. Knowledge of Community Management tools, such as Sprinklr and Sprout: Being calm under pressure when live posting. Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to identify when something needs to be escalated internally: Able to manage multiple work streams and deadlines. Strong time management and organisational skills. Good presentation skills: Growing confident talking to clients via email, call or in-person. Basic content creation skills: Understands in-app platform editing, posting guidelines and best practices.
