Deputy Manager - QA
Nexa Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our automotive products and processes, driving continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
* Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality deviations.
* Support new product development by establishing quality benchmarks and validation processes.
* Ensure documentation and reporting of quality activities are accurate and timely.
* Train and mentor QA staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
* Experience with quality management systems and audit processes.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and root cause analysis techniques.
