The Role As the Site E2E Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the full supply chain lifecycle - from material planning and logistics to operational execution - across a large-scale, highly complex production site. You will lead a team of over 100 professionals, driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, made-to-order environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a large, diverse team across planning, logistics, and operational functions. Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. Drive operational excellence in a complex, made-to-order production setting. Collaborate closely with fellow Supply Chain Directors across other sites to align strategy and share best practices. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
