Your Role:
* Lead and support SAP system landscape transformations, including HR carve-outs, mergers, and reorganizations
* Deliver compelling on-site presentations of SAP® Add-On solutions
* Provide technical expertise during the sales process and engage directly with clients
* Translate client requirements into actionable, conceptual consulting strategies
* Design and execute feasibility studies and project follow-ups
Your Profile:
* Ideally experienced in HCM/HR SLO (System Landscape Optimization)
* Strong background in SAP HCM consulting or development, particularly in PA, PY, PT, and OM modules
* Familiar with SAP implementation methodologies and project environments
* Open to regular travel across the DACH region
* ABAP development experience would be a plus
