Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing global SAP standard processes within MANN+HUMMEL's distribution network, with a particular focus on end-to-end SAP processes in distribution and order fulfillment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the definition, documentation, and implementation of SAP processes for outbound warehouses and distribution centers worldwide
* Regularly review and optimize existing processes in collaboration with SAP module process managers and the IT team
* Identify and analyze process gaps and develop recommendations for improvements to end-to-end processes
* Select and implement state-of-the-art warehouse technologies; create and evaluate business cases to support implementation
* Collaborate closely with transportation and distribution process managers to develop best-in-class end-to-end distribution processes
* Actively contribute to key project phases and independently manage sub-projects
* Take on team leadership responsibilities and support line managers
* Prepare detailed specifications for development requirements
* Build and maintain a trust-based collaboration with regional distribution teams
* Ensure smooth implementation of global processes at the regional level
Your Profile
* Education: Successfully completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics applications, with strong industry knowledge and expertise in business process planning
* Expertise:
o Extensive SAP knowledge, including SAP ECC and S/4 (SD, MM, FI/CO), and experience with LE-TRA and WM/EWM
o Familiarity with material flow management and related processes
o Solid understanding of warehouse operations or relevant hands-on experience in warehouse management
o Experience in (functional) leadership of distribution centers is a plus
* Languages: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

o High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team

o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
o Willingness to stay up to date with the latest market developments
o Enjoyment of working in an international environment and on global projects
