Your tasks
For our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg , we are seeking a qualified Customer Services Manager (m/f/d) on a temporary basis. In this varied role, you will orchestrate the preparation and execution of customer meetings at the CDC and act as the interface to technical teams and suppliers.
Job description
Customer representation : Representing the Airbus brand to airlines by ensuring first-class hospitality and excellent customer service.
Interface coordination : Acting as the central entry point of the Customer Definition Centre for various internal Airbus departments and cabin suppliers involved in the preparation and execution of the meetings.
Agenda management : Creating and managing individual meeting agendas for each client, taking into account meeting objectives and key decisions, as well as actively contributing suggestions for discussion management.
Technical coordination : Collaboration with the CDC technical team to ensure the timely and high-quality construction of specific, temporary cabin mock-ups for customers.
Resource planning : Ensuring the timely availability of dedicated subject matter experts and the necessary equipment for each individual customer meeting.
Your profile
Education : Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , International Management or Engineering .
Work experience :
Extensive professional experience (at least 4 years) in customer service .
Solid experience (at least 3 years) in project management and process planning .
IT skills : Confident use of Google Workspace tools.
Language skills : Fluent English skills are absolutely required.
Personality : Strong communication skills for cultivating business relationships at all levels, a high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness, as well as an independent, structured and results-oriented work style in a creative environment. Flexibility in unexpected situations completes your profile.
