Your key responsibilities include driving the product development pipeline, continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and defining the positioning and claims for assigned product areas.
* You will lead international cross-functional teams through the entire portfolio management process, fostering close collaboration with key countries and internal stakeholders to ensure success in this role.
* Act as a networker and connector of people, inspiring innovation and expansion of our portfolio in General Surgery and Orthopedic fields.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to developing the product strategy to achieve growth targets
* Drive the product development pipeline considering customer needs and value proposition on hospital-acquired infection prevention and customers' processes improvement
* Continuously monitor market trends, developments, and competitor activities
* Define positioning and claims with appropriate levels of evidence for assigned product areas
