Sales Administration – Spare Parts & Small Projects
* Receive and respond to customer inquiries.
* Prepare and process quotations and order acknowledgements.
* Monitor order status, coordinate with production, and organize internal project meetings.
* Issue picking lists and coordinate packing and dispatch (including hands-on packing of small items).
* Arrange transport and issue delivery notes in collaboration with logistics.
* Maintain accurate customer and order data in Javelin, including screening.
* Provide weekly sales and order status reports.
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers, including participation in technical and commercial discussions.
Project Management – Press Sales
* Gather and verify technical data from customers.
* Organize and lead internal and external project kick-off meetings.
* Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Work Orders (WOs) in Javelin.
* Check material availability, coordinate kitting, and liaise with purchasing and production.
* Lead project meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
* Coordinate packing and shipping (customs clearance support provided by logistics).
* Plan and coordinate press installations with the service team.
* Ensure completion of press build documentation, including manuals and photo records.
* Evaluate project outcomes and document lessons learned.
Service Coordination
* Plan and coordinate on-site service activities and full-service contracts.
* Ensure timely delivery of materials to service sites.
* Arrange travel and accommodation for service technicians.
* Prepare technical service and overhaul reports.
* Coordinate overhauls in the service centre, ensuring material availability.
* Support tool and service vehicle management.
* Assist with ATA Carnet documentation as needed.
