We are seeking a Global Key Account Director to join our Adhesive Solutions team and take ownership of some of our most strategic customer relationships worldwide. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for our large global key accounts.

As Global Key Account Director, you will lead and execute Synthomer’s global key account strategy, driving executive-level engagement and strengthening partnerships across multiple businesses within the Synthomer group. You will be the commercial champion of global accounts, ensuring growth, profitability, and long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute global key account strategy for designated accounts, continuously refining and adapting to market needs
2. Build and sustain strong client relationships at executive and operational levels
3. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring strategic partnerships deliver mutual value
4. Lead relationship management meetings to align priorities and strengthen collaboration
5. Deliver financial performance by achieving revenue, new business, and margin targets
6. Prepare and present forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership
7. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies

We are looking for a dynamic leader with:

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
9. 10+ years of sales leadership experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry
10. Proven track record of driving sales growth in multinational environments
11. Global key account management expertise within the chemical sector
12. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
13. Willingness to travel extensively across global markets
