Technical Support and Field Engineer
Location: (Europe) Whether working from home or on-site, flexibility is top priority for us
Duration: Long term contract
Job duties & responsibilities
1. Technical Service assessing our customers labelling equipment, setting up labelling machines and making sure customers operate their labelling lines most efficiently.
2. Line assessments and qualifying new labelling applications
3. Troubleshooting and solving existing challenges on the lines together with the customers team
4. Operating various labelling machines (experience on main manufacturers required)
5. Train the operators on our customers line to handle our products properly and operate the labelling equipment in the best possible way
6. Properly document situation at the customer to do root-cause-analysis together with our technical team inside our factory
Requirements
7. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven outstanding track record in the packaging industry.
8. Available to travel extensively, with a focus on Europe and potential for global assignments.
9. Experience with operating and troubleshooting various labelling machines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers’ teams.
11. Excellent training skills to educate operators on handling products and equipment.
12. Ability to document technical situations accurately for internal analysis.
