We are building a global communications platform that enables businesses to scale, automate, and optimize customer interactions worldwide.

Our solutions combine voice services, messaging, cloud telephony, SIP infrastructure, customer engagement tools, and emerging AI technologies into a single ecosystem used by companies across multiple industries and international markets.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager who can open new markets, win strategic customers, and directly contribute to the company's growth.

This is not an account management role.

We are looking for a true enterprise hunter — someone who can build pipeline from scratch, create opportunities where none exist, and consistently win business against larger and more established competitors.

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to influence not only sales results but also commercial strategy and product direction.

What You'll Do

Own the Full Enterprise Sales Cycle

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies
  • Generate your own pipeline and acquire net-new customers
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract signature
  • Expand customer relationships and identify growth opportunities post-sale

Drive Strategic Enterprise Sales

  • Navigate complex enterprise buying environments and multiple stakeholders
  • Build compelling business cases and ROI-driven value propositions
  • Present solutions to senior decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Compete effectively against established market leaders

Lead Commercial Negotiations

  • Structure commercial agreements that create long-term value
  • Own pricing discussions and contract negotiations
  • Drive deals through to successful execution

Collaborate Across the Business

  • Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams
  • Bring customer and market insights back into the organization
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and future growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in acquiring new enterprise customers
  • Minimum 50% self-generated pipeline
  • Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to closing
  • Experience building and developing new territories or markets
  • Demonstrated success competing against larger industry players
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
