Your new responsibilities
* Join our global internal editorial team as part of our corporate communications content hub
* Editorial responsibility for internal communication with a focus on transformation and change
* PR responsibility for the topic area of lighting solutions in the trade press
* Identification, evaluation, and development of media‑relevant topics in the field of lighting technology
* Creation and placement of press releases, media updates, and specialist articles
* Strategic preparation of complex technology and portfolio topics for internal and external target groups
* Consulting internal stakeholders on PR relevance, topic positioning, and suitable formats
* Further development of digital formats and integration of AI tools into editorial processes
Who we are looking for
* MBA or a completed degree in communication studies or relevant human sciences (such as business administration or journalism), or a comparable qualificatio
* Several years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or a communications agency – ideally with a focus on technology or industry
* Strong editorial instinct and the ability to independently translate complex technical content into clear, audience‑oriented stories
* Experience working with the trade press and a confident understanding of news value, topic prioritization, and media logic
* Practical experience in change or transformation communication is an advantage
* High level of independence and decision‑making ability – structured working style, strong prioritization skills, and proactive topic management
* Digital affinity and hands‑on experience using AI tools to support research, structuring, and content creation
* Confident presence when interacting with executives and stakeholders, with the ability to provide clear guidance even when interests differ
* Team‑oriented, pragmatic personality with a hands‑on mentality
* Business‑fluent German and English
