Your tasks
9. Experiment preparation and support: You will actively coordinate and support experiments for technology optimization in close collaboration with technology and test experts. In doing so, you take synergies with other ongoing experiments into account.
10. System integration and provision: You map experiments in the production control system and ensure that all necessary recipes, programs and system preparations are available on time.
11. Execution and coordination: You monitor and control the execution of experiments and coordinate the necessary engineering activities with the responsible development engineers.
12. Analysis and optimization: You initiate and support the evaluation of test and measurement results by technical experts. You will also carry out non-standardized analyses directly on the production line and in the failure analysis laboratory.
13. Process improvement: You will actively contribute the experience gained to the design of business processes and their mapping in the experiment management system. You will translate findings on process improvement into sustainable changes in the production flow.
14. External collaboration: You actively support project teams in coordinating external trials (e.g. with plant manufacturers, research institutes or foundry partners).
15. Logistical support: You accompany release and dispatch processes for test and process wafers.
Your profile
16. Education: A university degree (Bachelor) in engineering or natural sciences (ideally physics, chemistry, materials science) or comparable training in a technical profession with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
17. Working style: You are characterized by an independent way of working and careful documentation of results and procedures.
18. Specialist knowledge: You have a deep understanding of physical principles and interrelationships as well as a basic understanding of single semiconductor processes and process integration.
19. Industry experience: Relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
20. IT skills: You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
21. Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
