Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key expectations include:
* Establishing relationships with prospects through personalized outreach and tailored communications.
* Identifying potential clients within the startup ecosystem and businesses seeking customized software solutions.
* Developing innovative lead generation plans that incorporate a customized approach to prospects.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and executing strategic lead generation plans that cater to the needs of individual prospects.
* Creating bespoke B2B messaging for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
* Scheduling automated email send-outs and handling responses, including addressing objections and scheduling appointments.
* Building lasting relationships with prospects and exploring new business opportunities.
* Facilitating meetings or calls between clients and the Business Development Manager.
* Providing weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management.
* Utilizing automation tools to launch large-scale outreach campaigns.
Requirements include:
* At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or similar role.
* Advanced English skills.
* Proficiency in using sales tools, G-suite services, and CRM systems.
* Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions.
