1. Support with the distribution, allocation, and posting of incoming invoices
2. Master data maintenance
3. Entry and reconciliation of freight and customs invoices
4. Support with checking and monitoring deferral accounts for EUST
5. Assistance in clarifying invoice discrepancies with service providers
6. Support with monthly/annual financial statements
7. Identification and reporting of possible provision requirements for the accounting period
8. Shipments to Switzerland (TV goods) Document creation including customer notifications
Your qualifications
9. Currently studying finance or economics
10. Ideally, initial experience in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, or logistics services
11. Responsible and deadline-oriented approach to work
12. Very good Excel skills
13. Fluent German and English language skills
