Job Description
Your mission during this flight:
* You will support month, quarter and year end closing activities.
* You will analyze balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
* You will be responsible for general accounting topics.
* You will develop and optimize accounting processes.
* You will participate in dedicated accounting projects.
* Processing and posting incoming invoices and credit notes
* Posting bank statements and reconciling bank accounts
* Executing payment runs
* Processing employee travel expenses report and reimbursements
* Posting monthly payroll entries
* Handling VAT reporting and compliance requirements
* Handling IFRS postings including accruals, recurring journal entries and depreciation
* Collaborating with Internal departments to optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes
* Support in providing weekly cash flow reports
* Following up and resolving of supplier’s queries
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
* Bilanzbuchhalter or international Bilanzbuchhalter
* BSc in accounting, controlling or finance
* Fluent in German and English
* Solid understanding of HGB and IFRS
* BC experience is a plus
