To strengthen our Global Marketing team, we are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Global Brand Manager (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our Women´s Health products.
These Are The Tasks For This Position
Development of a mid-term vision, ambition, and strategy for our brands in the Women´s Health products sector, taking into account country-specific market conditions and cultural differences
Design and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
Responsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycle
Conducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvement
Management and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presence
Conducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insights
Leading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximize market success
Planning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency
Sharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practices
Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and attractiveness
Creating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our global brand strategy
Defining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insights
Close collaboration with relevant country colleagues
These Are The Requirements You Should Meet
Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar experience
Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector
Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research
Creativity combined with a strategic approach
Ideally first experiences with the How Brands Grow approach to evidence-based marketing
Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross-functional teams
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
