Teamlead Configuration Management (m/f/d)
Tasks:
Maintain a configuration management strategy for the EASA Design Organisation ApprovalOversee the maintenance of configuration management database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for all. Implementation of CM relevant Data in the Configuration Management PLM SystemSupport and mentoring for the employees of the used software tools (Siemens Teamcenter)Ensure that all changes are managed through a defined change management process, minimizing the impact on the DOA's operationsDevelop and maintain policies and procedures related to configuration managementOverall responsibility for the location Germany (Oberpfaffenhofen) incl. leading a small teamPerform the Change Management of various Design DataParticipating in Authority's Audits if neededOrganizing Change Control BoardsSending data to suppliers and partners and confirm the status within our Data Exchange tool
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field5+ years of experience in configuration management or related field in the aircraft industryStrong knowledge of ITIL and related frameworksExperience managing a team of configuration management professionalsExperience with SAP ERP System and Siemens Teamcenter PLM SoftwareExperience with composite manufacturing (glass fiber, wet laminate) is a plusGood knowledge of English languageInternational mind-set, team player with good communication skills as well as the ability to work analytically and process-orientedStructured, independent and solution oriented way of working
