Key Responsibilities::
* Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring compliance with established community guidelines.
* Identify and take appropriate action against inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content according to company policies.
* Provide constructive feedback to users when necessary, and escalate any significant issues to management promptly.
* Monitor user interactions within the community, reporting any trends or recurring issues that may require attention.
* Collaborate with fellow moderators to ensure consistent application of content standards across all platforms.
* Stay updated on platform policies and the latest best practices within the content moderation field.
* Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance overall moderation strategies.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Thai (native or equivalent) and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
