This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to shape commercial strategy, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing EMEA sales team in a fast-evolving market.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop the EMEA Sales Team, including workforce planning, coaching, and performance management
2. Own commercial responsibility for your region, including budgeting, forecasting (S&OP/S&OE), and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across functions such as purchasing, R&D, logistics, and sustainability
4. Drive sales of the full Medical Device Films portfolio across all accounts in your territory
5. Deliver technical guidance and host customer workshops in collaboration with Innovation, Technical Service, and Marketing teams
6. Maintain pricing discipline in partnership with our Pricing Team
7. Ensure timely resolution of quality issues with the relevant departments
8. Maintain accurate data and reporting through Salesforce and related CRM systems
What You Bring
9. A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
10. Several years’ experience in sales of technical or highly regulated products, ideally within the medical device or packaging industries
11. Proven leadership capability and experience driving business growth
12. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
13. A challenger mindset—confident in motivating teams, challenging ideas constructively, and building trust-based relationships
14. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
15. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce/SFDC is advantageous
16. Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; German, French, or Polish are a plus
