As a key team member, you will drive profitability, growth, service excellence, and producer relations.You will work with major industry clients, managing medium to large accounts, in a supportive and collaborative team, with a hybrid schedule allowing two remote days weekly.Core ResponsibilitiesProduce, underwrite, and service open market, facility, and delegated authority property accounts, assist with departmental workflows and processes.Expand the property account aligned with EIID appetites, controls, and strategies, focusing on underwriting profit and internal plans.Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.Underwrite and price property risks, determine risk acceptability.Bind coverages within authority levels, respond to producer inquiries.Prepare quotations and proposals for new and renewal business.Ensure timely, accurate documentation per EIID standards.Assist with pricing, accumulation, and system development.Address workflow and clerical issues with the Head of Property.Communicate effectively with management and other departments.Recommend procedures and gather market intelligence.Ensure compliance with internal controls.Develop new business strategies, including outside London markets, leveraging Everest’s network.Understand group appetites to maximize company value.Candidate ProfileStrong property underwriting experience in international markets.Excellent relationship-building skills.Market knowledge, including competitor analysis.Risk-taking ability with favorable outcomes.Negotiation, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Our CultureAt Everest, we aim to provide global protection, supporting clients and communities sustainably.
