YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Recognised career as a top executive within the electrical engineering community, e.g. ABB, Alstom, Larson and Tuobro, Siemens
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and industry-specific regulations
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Ideally, initial experience as an interim manager or consultant advising on complex engineering projects and navigating industry challenges
