The position Commercial Excellence Manager DACH + Netherlands is within our Infectious Diseases Business Unit located at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics GmbH in Cologne, Germany.
This role drives Abbott Rapid Diagnostics’ leadership in point-of-care (POC) solutions across public, private, and strategic partner sectors. It involves influencing key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and embedding Abbott’s solutions into daily operations of major customers.
As part of the Business Unit leadership team, the Commercial Excellence Manager shapes and executes commercial strategies, supports the commercial team and General Manager Western Europe, and delivers actionable insights through data and analysis to achieve strategic goals.

What You’ll Do
9. Develop and monitor KPIs to optimize business rhythm and capacity
10. Design and implement incentive plans, sales targets, and territory strategies
11. Lead CRM (Salesforce) administration and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel)
12. Analyze funnel metrics, sales performance, and customer engagement
13. Deliver actionable insights through advanced data visualization
14. Collaborate with Sales Managers to build and motivate high-performing teams
15. Conduct field visits to key accounts to understand market dynamics
What You Bring
16. Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
17. 3–5 years’ experience in commercial/business analysis
18. Strong analytical and communication skills
19. Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
20. Fluent in English and German
21. Experience in leading change and cross-functional collaboration
