Improve International was established in 1998 by a group of veterinary surgeons from across the UK. We run Continuous Professional Development training from veterinary professionals to help develop the skills and knowledge required in practice. Our programmes utilise a combination of review lectures, case-based discussion and, where applicable, hands-on practical sessions. Within Improve we also have the function of ‘The International School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ISVPS)’. This function is dedicated to providing veterinary surgeons, nurses and technicians with high quality, achievable qualifications that are recognised internationally. We are an international organisation with offices in the UK and Portugal. We are launching an innovative medical training center in Madrid, specialising in cadaver lab courses designed to support the medical field. Our clients include manufacturers of implantable medical devices across major surgical disciplines, as well as Professional Congress Organizers (PCOs). With a focus on Spain and Portugal, our mission is to provide high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and industry leaders. To ensure the success of this venture, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to lead business development efforts and drive growth. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract manufacturers of implantable medical devices and PCOs across Spain and Portugal. Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients to effectively present and sell the center’s services. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing customised training solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation. Represent the training center at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and foster partnerships. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. Proven track record in sales within the medical sector, either in a corporate or PCO environment. Knowledge of implantable medical devices and/or the surgical training landscape is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Native German speaker with high proficiency in English required. Must be based in Germany, ideally in Frankfurt or its surroundings. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Flexibility to cover the UK for short assignments, if requested.
