Sales Representative

How will you make an impact?

Market Development & Sales

1. Identify, engage, and establish relationships with ITS integrators, distributors, and contractors across EMEA.
2. Drive direct sales efforts to end-user looking for innovative traffic management solutions.
Proposal Management
3. Monitor and respond toRequests for Proposals (RFPs)related to traffic detection and ITS projects in the EMEA region.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to draft and submit competitive proposals.
5. Partner with distributors or integrators where appropriate to strengthen bids.
Channel Partner Management
6. Build and maintain a network of distribution and integration partners to expand SIMPL's reach.
7. Provide training and support to partners, ensuring alignment with SIMPL’s product offerings and value proposition.
Product Promotion
8. Represent SIMPL at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
9. Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
10. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
11. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
Other Responsibilities
12. Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns for the EMEA audience.
13. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM tools.

What qualifications and skills will make you succeed in this role?

Education & Experience

14. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
15. Proven sales experience, preferably in ITS, smart transportation, or technology solutions.
16. Experience in managing and responding to public procurement processes, including RFPs.
Skills & Competencies
17. Strong understanding of LiDAR technology, ITS, or smart city ecosystems is a plus.
18. Proficient in English; fluency inGerman, French, Spanish, or Italianis highly desirable.
19. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
20. Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Additional Requirements
21. Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
22. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, while maintaining collaboration with global teams.
