Responsibilities:
1. Process responsibility: Control and further development of facility management processes, projects and service contracts along the entire real estate life cycle - nationally and internationally
2. Project management: planning and implementation of measures to maintain value as well as long-term maintenance and investment planning for the building stock
3. Regulatory compliance: ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and technical regulations at various locations
4. Service provider strategy: helping to establish and develop strategic partnerships with FM service providers, including contract design (SLA)
5. Performance controlling: management, controlling and evaluation of external service providers based on defined KPIs
6. Interface management: Coordination and communication between building users, service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth processes
7. Willingness to travel: Active support and responsibility for locations (national) requires travel activity of approx. 10%
Qualifications:
8. Professional qualification: Completed studies in facility management, real estate management, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
9. Professional experience: Sound practical experience in technical or infrastructural facility management, ideally in an international environment
10. Digitalization expertise: Experience in the digitalization of FM processes and in dealing with CAFM systems and SAP S/4HANA (PM/PS module)
11. Analytical thinking: Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, goal-oriented way of working
12. Strong communication skills: Confident appearance, negotiating skills and strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
13. Intercultural competence: Willingness to travel internationally, flexibility and a high degree of intercultural understanding
14. IT affinity: Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools in facility management
