YOUR TASKS
* Assist with regular reporting in purchasing controlling
* Further development and optimization of existing management reports, including those based on ThinkCell templates
* Analysis and presentation of cost trends and inflation surcharges
* Collaboration on the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards
* Design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint and intranet pages, including page structure (Support from the ground up)
* Handling administrative tasks in SharePoint, particularly regarding permissions, authentication, and authorization
* Structured management and maintenance of documents and content
* Supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks
* Creating, revising, and preparing PowerPoint presentations for management
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Quick learner, analytical thinking, and a meticulous work style; enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
