Deine Mission
* Transformation gestalten: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Transformationsinitiativen für unsere Klienten
* Workshops moderieren: Aktivierung organisationaler Potenziale durch zielgerichtete Stakeholder-Dialoge
* Strategien operationalisieren: Übersetzung von Visionen in konkrete Handlungspfade
* Führungskräfte begleiten: Coaching bei der Orchestrierung von Veränderungsprozessen
* Business entwickeln: Aktive Mitwirkung bei Kundenakquise und Projektentwicklung
Deine Projekte
Gemeinsam mit Klienten aus Transport & Logistik, Maschinenbau, Pharma, IT und weiteren Branchen arbeitest Du an:
* Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbereiche
* Organisationstransformationen
* Entwicklung innovativer Geschäftsmodelle
* Strategische Vorhaben operationalisieren
Dein Profil
* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
* Erfahrung: 1-3 Jahre in Beratung, Organisationsentwicklung oder Projektmanagement
Kompetenzen
* Change-Management und Strategieentwicklung
* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
* Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
* Agile Methoden, Design Thinking (von Vorteil)
