Your Tasks
* Leadership of strategic programs within Global Customer Care & Experience
* Development of program roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures
* Coordination of multiple projects and cross-functional teams
* Stakeholder management and facilitation of global alignment
* Monitoring of risks, issues, and dependencies
* Definition and tracking of KPIs and benefits realization
* Preparation of status reports and steering committee updates
* Support of change management and global adoption of solutions
Your Profile
* University degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Information Systems, or related field
* Several years of experience in program or project management, preferably in customer care / experience
* Proven track record in managing global, cross-functional programs
* Strong skills in governance, risk management, program reporting, and stakeholder management
* Experience with program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work across different cultures and global environments
