Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified German Lawyer to support our EMEA region. This is a full-time, hybrid based position (2-3 days of on-site work) located at either of our offices depending on the location of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research and draft documents at the direction of senior management.
* Review and negotiate contracts with customers, distributors, suppliers, and/or vendors.
* Provide advice to HR on German labor law questions and assist with labor law support for other countries in the EU, Middle East, and Africa.
* Offer legal guidance, draft documents, and review materials related to marketing and sales, intellectual property, operations, information security, product development, real estate, corporate governance, or other matters as directed.
* Stay current on legislative issues, decisions, and other important legal developments that may affect Company interests.
* Conduct internal investigations as needed.

Profile
* Qualified German lawyer with degree in law and successful completion of the appropriate first and second judicial state examinations in Germany.
* Registered with the appropriate bar to provide advice on German laws.
* 5 years related experience.
