Labor
1. Ensure the accurate and efficient transmission of information regarding production programs and flight schedules to relevant departments using dedicated computer software.
2. Input all necessary data into the system upon receiving client orders (via email, fax, etc.) while adhering to the specific contractual procedures of each customer.
3. Confirm flight schedules for the following day (D-1) and make necessary adjustments for the day of operations (D-Day).
4. Maintain strong business relationships with airline clients, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
5. Review and verify delivery notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Ensure proper maintenance of dispatch equipment and premises.
7. Adhere to and enforce all company safety rules and regulations.
8. Implement and oversee procedures for cleaning vehicles, premises, and the surrounding work areas.
Perfil
9. Lives in or around Frankfurt Germany
10. A degree in aviation or logistics is a plus.
11. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in aviation or catering logistics.
12. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
13. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in computer tools and software related to dispatch operations.
15. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
