Main Responsibilities
The Commercial Director will lead our Sales teams and transform our sales activity into a highly efficient multi-channel engine.
* Manage day-to-day sales operations and steer people, plans, and processes for optimal performance.
* Coach and grow telesales maturity and results through targeted initiatives.
* Oversee investments in commercial activities, including sales acquisition costs and remunerations, to drive business outcomes.
